Why connect Wix to Stockria

Wix makes it easy to open a store. It was not built to be the one place that knows what you actually have left once you are also selling in person, on Etsy, or out of a second location. The moment stock lives in more than one place, Wix's own inventory count starts to drift from reality.

Stockria closes that gap. Wix stays your storefront. Stockria becomes the one place every sale, count, and transfer runs through, so the number on your Wix product page matches the number on the shelf.

What the integration actually does

  • Matches by SKU, and only by SKU. No guessing by product name, and nothing gets created automatically on either side. An item Stockria cannot match shows up as unmatched, not as a duplicate.
  • Orders flow in from Wix as they happen and drop stock from the matching Stockria item.
  • Stock flows back out to Wix whenever it changes in Stockria - a counter sale, a stock count, a transfer, or an order from another channel - on a short sync cycle, not an overnight batch.
  • One stock pool across Wix and every other channel Stockria connects to, so you stop selling the same item twice.

Before you connect: get your catalog into Stockria

Because matching never creates a product, a brand-new Stockria account with no items will not see any matches yet. Import your product list first (a spreadsheet works, or send it and Stockria's team loads it free), with the same SKUs you use in Wix. Then install the app and run the match. It takes minutes, and it means the sync is correct from the first sale instead of guessing at it.

What it costs

Nothing extra. The Wix integration is included on every Stockria plan, Free through Growth. There is no per-order fee and no premium tier for it.
