Stop running out, without over-ordering

Every stockout is a lost sale. Every overstock is cash sitting on a shelf. The gap between them is narrow, and you can't eyeball it once you're past a few hundred SKUs. Manual reordering at that scale turns into a weekly chore of scanning spreadsheets, guessing at trends, and emailing suppliers.

Stockria automates the boring part. Set a reorder point on each product, or let the system calculate one based on actual sales velocity, and you get alerted the moment it trips. From there it's one click to a draft purchase order pre-filled with the right quantity, grouped by supplier.

How reorder points work

Per-product, per-location thresholds

Every item has its own reorder point. Every location can have its own threshold. A slow-moving replacement part in the back warehouse doesn't need the same safety stock as a fast-mover in the main shop. Thresholds can be set manually or calculated from your sales history.

Days-until-stockout from real sales

Instead of a static number, Stockria tracks the rolling sales rate per item and shows how many days of stock remain at current velocity. When the window narrows below your lead time, the alert fires.

Supplier-grouped draft POs

An alert isn't useful if the response is a blank PO template. Stockria drafts the PO for you, grouped by the supplier that stocks each item. Review, adjust the quantities, and send as a branded PDF or direct email from the same screen.

Who this is for

Shops whose hottest items disappear in a weekend. Wholesalers with hundreds of suppliers and constant replenishment. Restaurants tracking ingredients that spoil if over-ordered. Anyone who's ever had a regular customer ask for an item and heard themselves say "I thought we had it."
