Why connect Shopify to Stockria

Shopify is excellent at selling. It's less equipped to be the single source of truth for stock across a warehouse, a shop counter, a trade customer invoice, and a supplier PO. The moment you have more than one channel or location, Shopify's built-in inventory tooling starts to show its limits.

Stockria plugs into that gap. You keep Shopify as the storefront and point of sale. Stockria becomes the one place every sale, receipt, count, and transfer flows through — so the number you see in Shopify matches the number on the shelf, always.

What the integration actually does

  • Products sync from Shopify into Stockria, including variants, images, SKUs, and cost data. New products in either system push to the other.
  • Orders pull in from Shopify the moment they're placed. Each line drops stock from the matching Stockria item.
  • Stock pushes back to Shopify whenever it changes in Stockria — from a counter sale, a warehouse receipt, a stock count, or a transfer between locations.
  • Multi-location mapping respects Shopify's per-location availability, so customers only see what can actually ship from the location they pick.
  • Reconciliation catches drift. If Shopify and Stockria ever disagree, the Sync Dashboard surfaces the delta before it becomes a customer issue.

What it costs

Nothing extra. The Shopify integration is included on every Stockria plan, Free through Business. There's no per-order fee, no limit on SKUs that sync, and no premium tier for "advanced" features. The sync features you see here are available from the $0 plan.
