What candle makers see on day one
From materials on the shelf to a real cost per candle
01 · Cost per candle
A candle recipe that knows what one candle costs
Wax in ounces or grams, fragrance by weight, one tin, one wick, one sticker, one label. Stockria prices every line from what you paid and shows the cost of one candle and of the batch.

02 · Batch
Pour a batch, get a lot number
Start a batch and the wax, scent and tins come off the shelf. Enter how many candles came out right. The batch gets a lot number, so a problem candle can be traced back.

03 · Can make
How many candles can I still pour?
Each recipe shows how many candles the wax, fragrance, tins and wicks on hand can make, and which runs out first. Order before you are stuck.

Straight answers
What candle makers ask before they switch
"Fragrance is a percent of the wax, so I never know what it costs per candle."
Put the fragrance in the recipe by weight for one batch. Stockria prices it from the bottle you bought, so the cost per candle includes the scent at the load you really use.
"I run out of tins or wicks right before a market."
Every recipe shows how many candles you can still pour from the wax, scent, tins and wicks on your shelf, and which one runs out first. Set a low stock point and Stockria warns you in time.
"My candles need to cure before I sell them."
Start the batch as work in progress with a cure time. The wax and tins leave the shelf on the day you pour, and the candles only count as stock you can sell when you release them.
"I don't want a bill that grows every time I get busy."
It doesn't. Stockria is a flat monthly price. It does not change with your orders, your sales or your number of items. Pro is $19 a month. You only move to a bigger plan when you add more people or more locations.
"I don't want to pay extra to unlock batches or work orders."
You won't. Every feature is on every plan, Free included: recipes, work orders, work in progress, lots and expiry dates, machines and labour, purchase orders and reports. Plans only differ by items, users and locations. Free covers 250 items, and raw materials count as items.

Common questions
Questions from candle makers
Look for recipes that cost each candle from what you paid, fragrance by weight, a count of tins, wicks and labels, and lot numbers for each pour. Stockria does all of this on every plan, including the free plan.
Yes. Each material has a unit you buy in and a unit you use. Buy wax in 10 lb bags or 45 lb cases, write the recipe in ounces or grams, and Stockria converts it every time you pour.
Enter the fragrance by weight for one batch. For 12 candles with 5 oz of wax each at an 8% load, that is 4.8 oz of fragrance. Stockria prices it from the bottle you bought, so the cost per candle is right.
Yes. Each recipe shows how many candles you can pour from the wax, fragrance, vessels and wicks on hand, and which one runs out first.
Yes. Each released batch gets a lot number. If a customer reports a tunnel or a weak scent throw, you can see which batch it came from and what went into it.
The free plan has every feature, with limits on items, users and locations. Wax, scents, tins, wicks and labels each count as an item. Paid plans add more when you need them.
