From Stocksmith, formerly Craftybase
Switch from Stocksmith in a day. We do it for you.
Send us your Stocksmith export. We import your materials, products and recipes, check your costs, and hand you an account that is ready to use. Free, usually within one business day.
Keep using Stocksmith until you are happy. Nothing changes there.
Four steps, and most of them are ours
You export two files and check one recipe. We do the rest.
Export from Stocksmith
Export your materials and products as CSV files. Stocksmith's help pages show how. It takes a few minutes and changes nothing in your account.
Send us the files
Upload a file on the form, or email all of them to hello@stockria.com. Add a line about how you work: what you make, where you sell, how you buy materials.
We build your account
We import your Stocksmith export for you: materials with their units and costs, products, and recipes. Then we check a recipe's cost against yours.
You check it and connect your shops
Log in, open your best seller, and check the cost per unit. Connect Etsy, Shopify or your other channels in a few clicks. You are running.
Stocksmith help: Exporting products, Exporting materials, Exporting other data.
What we bring over
- Materials, with the unit you buy in, the unit you use and what you paid
- Products and their prices
- Recipes, so each product shows its cost per unit
- Suppliers, when they are in your export
- Stock levels as they are on the day you export
Past sales and batch history stay in your export file. Keep a copy.
What changes for you
- A flat price. Stockria Pro is $19 a month and does not rise with order lines. Stocksmith's pricing page listed plans from $20 to $349 a month, set by order lines, on 4 October 2026.
- Lots and stock sync on every plan. Stocksmith listed batch and lot tracking from $99 a month and automatic stock sync from $199.
- Batches that cure. They wait on the In Production board until they are ready to sell.
- Works offline at a market or fair.

Questions about switching from Stocksmith
Is switching from Stocksmith really free?
Yes. We import your Stocksmith export and set up your Stockria account at no cost, on any plan, including Free. There is no setup fee and no consultant.
How long does it take to move from Stocksmith?
Usually one business day from when we get your files. A very large or unusual export can take a little longer, and we tell you before we start.
What do I need to send?
Your Stocksmith CSV exports for materials and products, and a short note about how you work. If your recipes are not in the export, send a screenshot or a list and we type them in.
Will anything change in my Stocksmith account?
No. Exporting a CSV only reads your data. You can keep using Stocksmith until you are happy with Stockria, then cancel it yourself.
Can I import the Stocksmith export myself?
Stockria can import a CSV, but a Stocksmith export has its own layout, so it is quicker to send it to us. We map the columns and check the costs for you.
Do you bring over my sales history and old batches?
We bring over what you need to run today: materials, products, recipes, suppliers and current stock. Past sales and batch history stay in your export file, so keep a copy.
Is Craftybase the same as Stocksmith?
Yes. Craftybase renamed itself Stocksmith in 2026, with the same team and the same software. A Craftybase export and a Stocksmith export are the same thing for us.
Send us your export. We do the rest.
