For 3D print shops
Inventory and costing software for 3D print shops. Know what every part really costs.
Filament comes by the kilo spool, the slicer says grams and hours, and one print in twenty fails. Without the printer's time and the failed prints in the price, every order looks more profitable than it is. Every feature for $19. Tell us how you work and we set it up for you, free.

What 3D print shops see on day one
From materials on the shelf to a real cost per part
01 · Cost per part
A part recipe with filament and printer time
Grams of filament from the slicer, minutes on the printer at its hourly rate, and your minutes to finish the part. Stockria shows the cost per part before you quote.

02 · Work order
A job that collects its real cost
Open a work order for the job, log the printer and labour time as it runs, and the filament comes off the shelf. The total is what the job really cost.

03 · Can make
How many parts can I print from what I have?
Each part shows how many you can still print from the filament on hand, and which colour runs out first. Check before you promise a date.

Straight answers
What 3D print shops ask before they switch
"I only count the filament, so my prices are too low."
A part also uses printer hours, power, nozzles and plates, and your time to slice, remove and clean it. Give each printer an hourly rate once, and every part's cost includes it.
"One print in twenty fails, and I never charge for it."
Failed prints use filament and printer time too. The calculator adds your failure rate to the cost of every good part, so the orders that print fine pay for the ones that did not.
"I never know how much filament is left across all my spools."
Each filament is a material bought by the spool and used by the gram. Every finished job takes the grams off, so you see what is left of each colour and which one to reorder.
"I don't want a bill that grows every time I get busy."
It doesn't. Stockria is a flat monthly price. It does not change with your orders, your sales or your number of items. Pro is $19 a month. You only move to a bigger plan when you add more people or more locations.
"I don't want to pay extra to unlock batches or work orders."
You won't. Every feature is on every plan, Free included: recipes, work orders, work in progress, lots and expiry dates, machines and labour, purchase orders and reports. Plans only differ by items, users and locations. Free covers 250 items, and raw materials count as items.

Common questions
Questions from 3D print shops
Look for filament tracked by the gram from spools bought by the kilo, printers with an hourly rate, work orders that log real print time, and a cost per part you can quote from. Stockria has all of these on every plan, including the free one.
Yes. Buy filament by the 1 kg spool and use it by the gram. Each finished job takes the grams off the right spool, so you know what is left of each colour and material.
Add up what the printer costs to own per hour: its price divided by the hours you expect it to print, plus nozzles, plates and belts, plus power. A $369 printer over 5,000 hours, $0.04 of parts and 150 W of power is about $0.14 an hour.
Yes. Add each printer as a machine with its own rate. Log time against a job on the printer that ran it, and the job cost uses the right rate.
Yes. Connect your store and each sale takes the part out of stock, so made-ahead parts sold online and at markets share one count.
The free plan has every feature, with limits on items, users and locations. Each filament and each part counts as an item. Paid plans add more when you need them.
