MRPeasy in short

MRPeasy is manufacturing software for small and mid-sized factories. It plans production, works out what to buy, and has CRM and accounting built in. It is a real MRP system, and it is priced per person.

What MRPeasy costs today

On 4 October 2026, its pricing page listed four plans, each per user, per month:

  • Starter, $49: production planning, bills of materials, lot traceability, CRM, standard accounting.
  • Professional, $69: adds serial numbers, expiry dates, quality control, subcontracting and a customer portal.
  • Enterprise, $99: adds barcode printing and scanning, several production sites and a master production schedule.
  • Unlimited, $149, at least 2 users: adds the API and webhooks.

From the 11th user, it charges $79 per 10 users. Paying yearly gives one month free. There is a free trial of 15 plus 15 days.

What Stockria costs

Free for 250 items and 1 user. Pro is $19 a month for 2 users. Business is $39 a month for 8 users. Growth is $89 a month for 25 users. Every plan has every feature.

Our number: a three-person shop pays $1,764 a year on MRPeasy Starter. On Stockria Business, the same three people pay $468 a year, with room for five more. If that shop wants barcode scanning, MRPeasy's Enterprise plan makes it $3,564 a year.
