Two tools made for makers

Inventora and Stockria are both built for people who make what they sell. Both keep materials and recipes, track batches, and sync stock with online shops. Both cost under $50 a month for most small makers. So the choice comes down to limits, channels and a few features each one has that the other does not.

What Inventora costs today

On 4 October 2026, its pricing page listed, billed monthly:

PlanMonthlyMaterials and variantsTeamIntegrations
Starter$23500 each22
Business$482,000 each53
Growth$12010,000 each105

Paying yearly saves about 18%. Every plan has a 7-day free trial, and sales, production and history are unlimited.

What Stockria costs

Free for 250 items. Pro is $19 a month with unlimited items and 2 users. Business is $39 with 8 users and 5 locations. Growth is $89 with 25 users. Every plan has every feature and every integration.

Our number: a maker who sells on Etsy, Shopify and Square needs three integrations. On Inventora that means the Business plan, $576 a year paid monthly. On Stockria every plan has every integration, so it is $0 under 250 items, or $228 a year on Pro.

Where Inventora is better

  • Squarespace. If your shop is on Squarespace, Inventora connects to it. Stockria does not.
  • AI invoice import. Upload a PDF or a photo of a supplier invoice and it reads the lines for you.
  • Craft focus. It was started by a candle maker for her own business.

Where Stockria is the better fit

Start free. Up to 250 items with every feature, for as long as you like.

No count limits on paid plans. Pro has unlimited items, so a big fragrance or color range never moves you up a plan.

Every channel on every plan. Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, Square, Wix and WooCommerce, plus QuickBooks and Xero.

Batches that cure. Start a batch of soap and the bars wait on the In Production board until they are ready to sell. Each batch gets a lot number and an expiry date.

Set up for you. Send a spreadsheet or an export and we build your account, free.

The bottom line

Inventora is a good maker tool, especially on Squarespace or if invoice reading saves you time. If you want a free plan, unlimited items for $19, more sales channels, or accounting sync, Stockria fits better, and we set it up for you.
