DEAR rebranded to Cin7 Core in 2023 — and raised prices
If you've been looking for DEAR Systems or DEAR Inventory, you're actually looking for Cin7 Core. Cin7 acquired DEAR in 2021 and rebranded it in 2023. Along with the new name came a pricing reset: the old DEAR plan many businesses ran for $249/month became the Cin7 Core Standard plan at $349/month, and several features moved up to the Pro tier at $999/month.
For existing DEAR customers, that's a hard change. For businesses evaluating inventory tools today, the price point that made DEAR attractive in the first place is gone. Stockria is where a lot of former-DEAR-shape businesses are landing now.

Feature-by-feature comparison
When Cin7 Core still makes sense
If you're a mid-market brand with 5,000+ SKUs, multi-country ops, or a B2B portal that wholesale customers actually use, Cin7 Core's extra depth is genuinely useful. The implementation cost is steep but it pays back on scale.
When Stockria is the better fit
If you liked DEAR at the $249 price point it used to have, Stockria is what DEAR was. Flat price, every feature, scales with your business from your first SKU to unlimited.
